Stander Bags SRL ships throughout Italy with SDA and GLS to foreign countries.
Orders are processed from 9 am. to 5 pm. Monday to Friday. Orders after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Estimated delivery time from date of shipment: ITALY: 1-3 working days; USA and Canada: 1-5 days depending on destinations; Europe: 1 day for major destinations / 2 - 3 days for other destinations; Rest of the World: 3 -5 days depending on destinations.
Stander Bags Srl is not responsible for possible delays due to customs operations and controls, delays by the courier or major forces beyond Stander Bags Srl's control.
During the period of promotions shipments may take longer.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
The product can be returned if it has a manufacturing defect or an alleged lack of conformity related to the products we sell.
What to do
If you receive a defective product, send an email within 48 hours of delivery to email@example.com:
- in the subject line enter order ID and date of purchase;
- in the body of the message write in detail the defect found, the product code and the serial number found in the "My Bag" document holder;
- attach at least one photo and a copy of the purchase invoice of the product in question.
In the absence of a photo or the relevant invoice or the product code or serial number of the product in question, the e-mail will not be taken into account.
We will endeavor to replace the item as quickly as possible.
